LEAD Anchored was born after years of working with C-suite executives across finance, HR, sales and marketing. What I found was that many of the problems people face in the workplace stem from bad leadership.

I felt a calling to explore this further, identify a working model for effective leadership and what gets in the way, and help to develop more effective, passionate leaders.

After years of research and work on my leadership thesis, and teaching leadership courses in business school, I arrived at the 4-part LEAD Anchor model. I’m on a mission to transform lives by developing anchored leaders who lead from above and within, and impact those around them for the better.
