The LEAD Anchored Model
This model for people leadership effectiveness has been crafted through years of practitioner and academic experience. The LEAD Anchored model contains four core capabilities:
Leads with Purpose: the effective leader is connected to a higher purpose and allows that to guide and shape a shared vision for their people.
Engages with Empathy: the effective leader has high emotional intelligence (EQ) and properly and effectively leverages this in their leadership interactions.
Accepts Themselves with Authenticity: the effective leader is self-aware, acknowledges strengths and opportunities, is open to feedback and is comfortable with who they are and how they show up.
Develops with Diversity & Inclusion: the effective leader is aware of their own biases and how cultural differences impact their people, and has a high degree of cultural intelligence (CQ) in how they lead.
The LEAD Anchored Team
LEAD Anchored was born after years of working with C-suite executives across finance, HR, sales and marketing. What I found was that many of the problems people face in the workplace stem from bad leadership.
I felt a calling to explore this further, identify a working model for effective leadership and what gets in the way, and help to develop more effective, passionate leaders.
After years of research and work on my leadership thesis, and teaching leadership courses in business school, I arrived at the 4-part LEAD Anchor model. Iām on a mission to transform lives by developing anchored leaders who lead from above and within, and impact those around them for the better.
